We attempt to make sure your items arrive in a timely manner, allow extra shipment time around holidays.
However if your order is not correct or their is a problem notify us within 7 days of shipment to allow for corrections to be made.
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification,
to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.
International orders are shipped via U.S. Mail. Postal rates are much higher and are based on the total weight of the final package. Let us know what items you are interested in ordering, what country we are shipping to, and we'll provide you with a cost estimate. Although the U.S. Postal Service quotes air mail arrival within 7 to 14 days, it may take longer depending on your Country's Customs Officials and postal routes. The price difference between air and ground rate only guarantees the time of arrival to the shipping country's postal system.
Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders are subject to a $15.00 or 25% re-stocking charge which ever is greater, in addition to all applicable credit card and associated fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Payment
For your convenience we gladly accept; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Unfortunately we do not accept Personal Checks or C.O.D.
If you choose to pay by money order, be prepared to wait for checks to clear from our bank account. This may take 5 to 7 days at which time we will process your order according to availability when your payment has cleared.
Handmade soaps will vary in color and fragrance due to natural processes.
All handcrafted Folk Art creations are for decoration and not intended for use by children.

Natural Products Disclaimer:
All soaps and shampoos are a natural product and may vary in color and consistency. All Solid shampoo are Soaps that can be used to wash your hair.
We are soapmakers not doctors, we make and sell soap and do not prescribe nor endorse the use of our soap for anything other than the cleansing of the body.
Beware of miracle cures and uses for soap and it's ingredients by those who do. It is prescribing to do so, perhaps without license. The use of our soap is not intended to replace the recommendations of your healthcare practitioner. Our soap is formulated to be extremely mild but some individuals may have adverse reactions to certain plant materials or other natural products. Just because something is NATURAL does not mean it is safe for everyone. If irritation should occur, discontinue use. Our soap is for external use only and to be used with total discretion and sole responsibility. The coloration of our soap may vary from batch to batch due to the use of natural herbs and spices which enhance their uniqueness. It's JUST SOAP!
Essential Oils
While essential oils are all-natural, smell wonderful and can be beneficial to the body and mind, they do have a serious side. Because they are distilled agents (it takes about 30 roses to make a single drop of rose essential oil), they are very potent natural chemicals. Essential oils must therefore be diluted before being used on the skin. The essential oils in our products are all diluted in specific ratios that are skin and body friendly. However, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, you should seek the advice of a health professional before using any products with essential oils.
Information about the benefits of essential oils and other ingredients are considered alternative treatments by the FDA and are not meant to be used as a substitute for modern medical intervention. We're not doctors. We make natural soap. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. And while we take great pride in our research, and the information included on this web site is believed to be reliable, we do not guarantee its accuracy. Each purchaser or viewer must make their own determination about whether a product or information is right for them.
Finally, certain people have allergic reactions (usually mild ones) to certain compounds, even completely natural ones like essential oils, and it's not always predictable. So, although we make natural products and although they are tested rigorously on willing family and friends, it is important that if you have any redness, itching or skin irritation to one of our products, you discontinue using it immediately and seek the advice of a physician if it doesn't go away reasonably quickly. A test patch is always advisable with any cosmetic product you've never used before. And if our products are new to you, we advise you do the same. To do a test patch, apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.
